Please join us for UHNM's second Palliative and End of Life Care Conference
What can you do? - "You can do something to help someone cope with dying, death and bereavement"
UHNM Macmillan Specialist Palliative Care Team are joining forces with the Douglas Macmillan Hospice to present it's second conference. Bringing together healthcare professionals from across the country. As part of Dying Matters week this conference aims to increase knowledge and understanding of advance care planning, current themes in palliative & end of life care, research & innovations.
Suitable for Specialist Nurses, GP's, Doctors, Commisioners, Registered Nurses, Hospice Staff, Nursing Home Staff & Students.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Tickets are required for this event either in paper format or by e-mail.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be given for cancellations received one full month before the event, minus a 25% administration fee. No refunds can be processed after this date. Places can be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of the event organiser Joseph Potts - joseph.potts@uhnm.nhs.uk.
Are there any ID requirments?
If you have applied for a UHNM/DMH Staff ticket entry will only be allowed on production of a staff ID card and a ticket printed or e-mail.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
