This training is aimed at all healthcare providers and nursing/domiciliary agencies. It has been developed by our expert facilitator who has worked in hospice care for over 25 years. The training is purposely being delivered in small groups ensuring every learner has a personalised experience, empowering them to lead with confidence when working with end of life patients. The training will take place face-to-face on 2 consecutive afternoons from 12:30 to 16:30.
Aim: To empower all Health Care Professionals to support their teams through patient end-of-life care with dignity and respect, whilst also supporting families.
