What is the conference cancellation policy?

Attendees must notify the organisers of their intention to cancel their registration no later than 6 weeks prior to the event. The organisers can be contacted by email on kirstysimpson@eol-doula.uk. Cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made before the 6-week deadline are eligible for a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Accepted Answer

Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Requests for transfers must be submitted to kirstysimpson@eol-doula.uk and include the full name and contact information of the individual to whom the registration will be transferred.

Is the conference programme available online? Can I download it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the conference programme will be available online on our website. Attendees will be able to view and download the programme from the conference website prior to the event. Additionally, we will provide a hard copy of the programme to all attendees on the day of the conference.
