End-of-Year Reflection Through Art Therapy
Overview
At Infijoy, we're committed to making well-being accessible to everyone. Our free community art therapy webinars offer a warm introduction to what we value most: genuine connection, meaningful reflection, personal growth, and holistic well-being.
As we approach the end of 2025, we invite you to join us for an interactive community art therapy experience. Together, we’ll use creative tools to reflect on the year gone by, unwind, honour both the highs and lows, and connect through the shared experiences that shaped your year.
Led by Infijoy’s Head of Content and Art Therapy Practitioner, Tracy, this session will gently guide you through a series of creative art therapy exercises designed to help you relax, reflect, and look inward. It’s a meaningful opportunity to explore how creative therapy can support emotional expression, deepen self-awareness, and bring you closer to yourself.
No art experience needed - just bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down.
