A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down, close their eyes, and are immersed in layers of sound produced by instruments such as: Crystal bowls, drums and chimes.

The instruments create resonant tones and vibrations that can activate your parasympathetic nervous system—your body's "rest and digest" mode. This creates an environment where you may feel a sense of mental clarity, emotional release, or even physical relief from tension.

What to bring?

Please wear comfortable clothing to relax in and bring a yoga mat, eye mask and bottle of water. Blankets and pillows will be provided. Additionally, please bring a notebook for journaling during the session.

Is it for me?

While sound baths are safe for most people, they may not be suitable for: people who experience seizures, pregnant individuals in their first trimester, those with pacemakers or  electronic/metal implants, individuals with sound sensitivities or tinnitus, those with severe mental health conditions.

Is parking available?

On street parking is available on Chapel View. Please be aware of driveways allowing residents space to access and leave their property especially at the bottom of the lane to Studio at 39. Once parked simply walk up the lane between numbers 37 and 41 to the venue at the back.
