This facilitated Somatic Journaling and Yoga Nidra experience is an opportunity to take time for yourself to soften and reconnect, reflect deeply on what you learned in 2025 and clarify your intentions for the coming year in a warm and welcoming transformational space.
There will be a strong focus on your somatic experience, or 'felt-sense,' of 2025 to help guide you on how you wish to experience yourself in 2026.
We will begin with an embodied practice to ground and support ourselves for the somatic journaling experience before moving into a Deep-Rest Yoga Nidra to integrate our insights.
This nourishing end-of-year experience will allow you to:

For the Yoga Nidra, prepare a warm, cosy comfortable, undisturbed space to lie down and rest. Have blankets and extra pillows to support your back.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is an ancient Indian conscious deep sleep practice that induces deep meditative states and profound relaxation. Practising one hour of Yoga Nidra can feel like a blissful dreamy four-hour nap.
What happens during a Yoga Nidra Relaxation Practice?
As you listen to my soothing voice, you will be tenderly guided through powerful breathwork, somatic awareness and immersive storytelling.
You will effortlessly soften and relax into your inner stillness and welcome a peaceful calm and profound ease within yourself.
You will emerge from the practice with renewed perspective, feeling grounded, centred and inspired. There will be time at the end of the session to share reflections and insights with others (optional).

I am a highly experienced and intuitive Yoga Nidra facilitator and storyteller. I am a holistic health practitioner with over 20 years of experience in holistic healing and integrative medicine.
