End of Year Therapeutic Writing Session
Overview
In what is usually a busy season, gift yourself two hours to sit and reflect on the year gone by.
As the year draws to a close, join me online for a warm, reflective writing evening designed to help you pause, breathe, and make sense of the year you’ve lived.
Across two hours, we’ll move through a series of gentle guided writing practices — some reflective, some creative, some quietly transformative — offering you time to meet yourself with compassion, curiosity, and softness.
You’ll be invited to bring along one small object that symbolises your year, and you’ll leave with a tender message for your future self, along with a sense of emotional clarity and deeper self-connection.
Expect a cosy, calm atmosphere; soft prompts; a slow pace; and plenty of space to land, reflect, and gather your thoughts as the year ends.
Perfect for therapists, reflective humans, writers, journalers, or anyone craving a warm, grounding space in the midst of winter.
No writing experience needed — just openness and a notebook.
About the facilitator:
I’m Lesley Kollikho, a creative psychotherapist and lifelong writer. Since childhood, words have been my way of making sense of the world — through poems, stories, and reflections. Alongside my private practice, I write the Tips for Therapists blog and have recently completed my first novel.
I believe writing can open up deep wells of insight and creativity, and I’m passionate about helping others discover that for themselves.
