Welcome to Energetic Renewal: Vision Board Workshop and Deep Relaxation Gong Bath, a nurturing and inspiring experience at Calm Aura Healing, Ripon.

This gentle yet powerful event invites you to pause, reflect and create space for the year ahead. We begin with a one hour vision board workshop where you will explore your intentions, connect with what you want to call in, and craft a visual representation of your dreams. I will guide you through thoughtful prompts and creative flow, helping you gain clarity and direction for your next chapter.

After a short break, we settle into the second part of your journey. You will be welcomed into a soothing, peaceful atmosphere for a deeply relaxing 40 minute gong sound bath. Therapeutic vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and gentle percussion instruments will wash through the body, easing stress and supporting emotional and energetic renewal.

This combined experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, set meaningful intentions and release what no longer serves you. You will leave feeling clearer, calmer and more aligned.

What to Bring

For the vision board workshop, all vision boards, magazines, glue and art supplies will be provided. If you have your own apron, feel free to bring it along, but please do not buy one especially for this event.

You are very welcome to print out or bring anything personal that you would like to include on your board such as favourite quotes, meaningful images or anything specific you wish to call in for 2026.

A yoga mat and one blanket will be provided for the gong sound bath. If you would like extra comfort, feel free to bring an additional blanket, pillow, warm socks or an eye mask. Please also bring a bottle of water.

Come as you are and dress comfortably. This is your space to relax, create and renew.
