Energy Advice Training for Frontline Workers SHORT REFRESHER
Overview
This is a short version of the full training session, covering the following:
- Defining fuel poverty
- Identifying clients in fuel poverty
- Providing advice to clients in fuel poverty
- Referral options for further advice and support
- Q&A
The training is recommended for frontline staff and volunteers, particularly those who work or volunteer with vulnerable people. This may include social workers, social prescribers, community cars, care and healthcare workers, befrienders & etc.
The training is offered free of charge as part of the Citizens Advice Energy Outreach Project in England and Wales.
