Through a series of guided, hands-on exercises, you’ll begin to recognize energetic shifts, develop intuitive sensitivity, and explore how crystals can support energetic awareness and flow.

What to Bring:
. A selection of medium sized crystal tumble stones of your choice (I specifically recommend: Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine and Red Jasper, clear quartz, green aventurine, black tourmaline, Labradorite, orange calcite, Sodalite.)
Note: if you don't have these in particular it just means you'll have to do research after the session.
