Do I need any prior experience with kinesiology or energy work?

Not at all. This workshop is perfect for beginners. You’ll be guided through each part, with plenty of space to ask questions or simply observe.

What should I bring?

Just yourself! Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a journal (if you like to take notes) are all optional but helpful.

Is this suitable if I’m feeling anxious, burnt out or overwhelmed?

Yes, this space is especially supportive for anyone feeling emotionally or energetically off balance. We keep the group small, and there’s no pressure to share or participate beyond your comfort.

Will there be animals at the event?

No animal demo for this Somerset date, but we’ll still explore how kinesiology supports both people and animals.
