Oliver Bishop is the General Manager for Shell’s global activities in hydrogen. His team runs Shell’s hydrogen stations in Germany, the UK and North America, and he is also responsible for product development as well as R&D. He is responsible for Shell’s participation in the H2 Mobility Germany Hydrogen station joint venture which was launched in 2015 and is now rolling out stations across Germany; the 100th station should have opened by the end of 2020. Besides Germany, Oliver has overseen Hydrogen station openings in the US, the UK and Canada. During his 20-year career at Shell, Oliver was General Manager for Shell’s trading business in Switzerland, and held other posts in the company. He holds a degree in electronics engineering and is based in Switzerland.

Jon André Løkke is the Chief Executive Officer of Nel Hydrogen. Jon André was formerly CEO at Norsk Titanium AS, which develops and industrialises 3D printing technology for the production of titanium components for the aerospace and other industries. He has ten years’ experience from the REC Group, including positions as senior vice president in REC Wafer, investor relations officer in REC ASA and CFO in REC ASA. Jon André has also worked for the ABB Group and holds an International MBA degree from Glasgow University and a Bachelor degree in business and economics from Southampton University.

Rebecca Williams is Head of Policy and Regulation at RenewableUK where she is a renewable energy, climate change and energy transition expert, currently leading RenewableUK’s work to develop policy and engage stakeholders on the next steps in the energy transition. She specialises in market design, working closely with governments and regulators to effect change that will deliver renewable energy at the scale needed for net zero. Before joining RenewableUK, Rebecca worked on climate change and energy at the NGO WWF-UK, where she focussed on issues such as the international UN Paris Agreement on climate change, and a successful campaign to secure the phase-out of coal-fired power generation in the UK. She has also worked for Shadow Energy Minister Alan Whitehead MP. The Global Wind Energy Council announced recently that Rebecca Williams will join them on secondment from April to November 2021 as Director of COP26 to coordinate the global wind industry association’s work around the crucial climate conference.

He is passionate about increasing exports, diversification, decarbonisation and being the voice of the integrated energy supply chain. Stuart is the architect of the Energy Exports Conference and is author of the renowned Survive & Thrive annual report which highlights successful growth strategies in challenging markets. In 2019, Stuart became a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
