Energy Informatics Innovation Showcase
ECCI opens its doors for the first “Innovation Showcase” at Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation’s new site at High School Yards – a smart, green building and innovation centre on an 800 year old site.
Energy and Informatics are both key priorities and opportunities in growing Scotland's economy. Yet it is surprising to see so little engagement and collaboration between these two sectors. The Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation believes this is a tremendous missed opportunity from science & engineering and commercial perspectives.
In response to this need the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation, in partnership with ScotlandIS, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Power and RBS Group Sustainability, is hosting this showcase alongside a two-day workshop to discuss this topic.
The Showcase is a stand alone event and free of charge.
The two-day workshop cost is £295 per person, including two-nights accommodation. Scottish SMEs can receive a fifty per cent subsidy, bringing the cost down to just £197. Full details and registration are online at: http://energyinformatics.eu
