Energy Matters - A weekly Mindful Movement Course
2pm-3pm Wednesdays - 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and July 2nd
This Mindful Movement course helps you to balance, cultivate and manage your energy using our Movement and Enerchi Flow practice. Over the course of 5 weeks we will focus on energy through various different themes. This will be delivered with a practice based on Meditation/Breathwork for grounding and calm, before moving on to Somatic based warm up exercises in combination with Qi Gong, and then an alternative accessible form of Tai Chi with a freestyle section for expression and empowerment. The course is to assist with letting go and relaxing so you can feel into energy whilst also bringing in compassion, ease and purpose.
The course can be attended seated or standing and is accessible for all. Wear clothing where you can move freely and bring an open curious mind! Places are limited on this course and it has to be paid in advance for 5x1 hour sessions over the 5 weeks though if you wish for further information contact lee@broad-minded.com
