Energy on Draft Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
- Sponsorship Overview
Companies are invited to sponsor individual Energy on Draft events organised by the GESGB Young Professionals (YP) and affiliated YP societies. Sponsors must notify the event organisers of their intention to provide sponsorship in advance. Sponsorship contributions can be as simple as providing a card to fund refreshments on the night, or alternatively, additional promotional opportunities are also available.
- Additional Marketing & Promotion
Sponsors can receive additional pre-event promotion through the GEGSB website and YP social media platforms and as well as recognition from the other affiliated YP societies. Additional marketing & promotion can include shout-outs at the event, pre-event social media campaigns, on-site branding and other informal acknowledgments as deemed appropriate. Sponsors seeking additional pre-event marketing must contact the event organisers directly to arrange a contract.
- Limitations and Discretion
The GESGB YPs and affiliated YP societies reserve the right to approve or decline sponsorship offers at their discretion. Any marketing or acknowledgments provided will remain respectful and appropriate for the event and audience.
- Liability
The GESGB YPs and affiliated YP societies are not liable for any disputes or claims arising from sponsorship contributions or the marketing provided, unless explicitly agreed upon in a formal arrangement.
By providing sponsorship, your company agrees to these terms and conditions.
