In 2016 Enfield was found by a Shelter report to be the top eviction `hotspot’ in England and nearly 1 in 5 of all problems seen by Citizens Advice Enfield relate to housing. The demand for privately rented accommodation continues to rise making it even more important for landlords to keep up to date with their responsibilities to provide safe and secure accommodation whilst at the same time, it is becoming ever more complex to be a landlord, with new rules governing landlord’s duties to check tenant’s immigration status and many other aspects of renting.
There will be representatives from all the following organisations for the whole event so please feel free to drop in at any time to speak to them, however the main presentations will be repeated twice – at the afternoon session commencing at 2:30pm and the evening session commencing from 6:00pm.
