Join us on Friday, 19th May for an inspiring end to your week, where you can network with like-minded people and listen to talks about the people management issue of our time – Driving Employee Engagement (and how to do it with success).
Headline speaker – Dawn George, Head of Human Resources, Eden Project
Eden is an Educational Charity based in Cornwall, who many of you will know as a visitor attraction. Eden opened in 2001 and since that time has received over 18 million visitors to the site. Eden’s work goes far beyond what you see on the main site and supports international projects and large scale community programmes such as the Big Lunch. Eden experienced a turbulent time through 2012/13 resulting in a large scale re-structure of the organisation, following this there was a programme of activity to re-engage the Eden Team after such a change, which has been a journey of transformation to re-connect everyone with Eden and what we all have in common to be able to succeed. By nature entrepreneurial in its approach, Eden has taken some bold steps to re-engage with everyone and ensure that they are all moving ahead as One Team for the next phase of their journey together with the development of Eden International, Education and the Eden Hotel.
