Purpose of the group
The Engage for Success London Region 'Thought and Action' Group, part of the government supported national employee engagement movement led by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke, is focused on growing the audience in London.
The purpose of the group is to inspire individuals and organisations to take action in promoting effective employee engagement, supporting them with the practical tools and ideas that they need to independently take action, secure in the knowledge that engaging people in the workplace works.
The benefits of being part of this group are significant for individuals and organisations. Through updates, coordinated action, presentations, networking with those in your sector and beyond, and speaking with experts, you will learn how to tackle the challenges of, and promote effective employee engagement in your organisation.
The group is for strategic employee engagement practitioners of predominantly large and medium sized organisations with a base in London. It meets once every two months between 10am and 12.30pm.
If you are interested in joining and benefiting from all that this group has to offer then contact Tom Morrell at email@example.com.
Following our July event participants said "Excellent event. Good balance of networking and information sharing." "I learnt models and exercises I will definitely be taking back to the workplace." and "Fabulous presenters."
Our next event is on Thursday 15th September 2016, and then on 17 November.
In September we will provide an update of what is happening on the national Engage for Success circuit. This will be followed by an introduction to organisational assessment with a particular emphasis on developing quality to achieve effective employee engagement. We will also run some Action Learning Sets that will enable you to develop specific approaches that promote employee engagement.
