ENGAGE Virtual: Developing Managers Who Make a Difference!
Overview
What Makes Engage Different?
We don’t “teach” leadership. We facilitate growth, change, and reflection through:
- Active, story-led facilitation – We use stories, real-world challenges and scenario-based exercises to bring learning to life
- True engagement – Our sessions are interactive, inclusive, and participant-led. Learning by doing, reflecting, and sharing
- Use of the DiSC psychometric tool – Helping leaders build self-awareness, improve communication, and strengthen team dynamics
- Learning that sticks – focused on behavioural change beyond the programme through promoting reflective learning, accountability networks and optional follow-up support.
What’s Covered?
The ENGAGE programme consists of six modules delivered across six months. Between modules, time is allocated for reflection, learning application, and completion of assignments (for those undertaking the accredited route).
Before the programme, each participant will also be invited to complete the DiSC psychometric questionnaire and receive a personalised report. DiSC is a trusted tool for deepening self-awareness and building effective work relationships with others.
