Summary:
Join the Engagement and Inclusion masterclass to reinvigorate your thinking and strategies around engaging your employees. This session will cover best practice, tops tips and real-life stories of engagement in action!
Aim:
To ensure understanding of key issues, required actions, tools to support change and new ways of working.
Objectives:
The session will cover: Principles of Employee Engagement (what, why, how) including what the data tells us, the impact of disengagement and introduce the 4 Enablers of Engagement.
Outcome:
HR and OD practitioners to apply new thinking and ways of working to increase and sustain employee engagement.

Amber Kelly FCIPD was awarded Barclaycard Retail Woman of the Year for Leadership in 2020. This was in recognition for the work she did in her role as People and Culture Director. She went onto become the founder of Employees First, a business that is dedicated to helping organisations unleash the potential of their people.
Prior to this, Amber has also held Senior Director positions within Serco Plc as well as being seconded as Programme Director to Engage for Success, an industry led task force created to shine a light on Employee Engagement. This was launched by the Prime Minister at Number 10 in 2011. Amber has worked with some of the most well-respected thought leaders in business and is regarded as one of the UK’s leading experts in Employee Engagement.
Amber has a proven track record of delivery, facilitation and high-level engagement with a broad range of influential stakeholders and experience of working for high profile brands and consumer orientated companies, as well as many NHS Trusts.
