Engagement Excellence LiVE
At this recruitment and communications focussed Engagement Excellence LiVE, special guest speaker, Rachel Begg, will be joining us to discuss recruitment and the challenges associated with it. Rachel will also be focussing on both the impact engagement has on employee retention and the value effective communications has for businesses and their employees.
Debra Corey, author of upcoming book "Effective HR Communication - A framework for communicating HR programmes with impact" and winner of 'Employee Benefits Professional of the Year' at the 2012 Employee Benefits Awards will also be presenting at the event. Debra will be sharing a model for communicating HR programmes effectively, providing you with practical tools and case studies to assist you and your organisation. She will focus on a key component of the model, which is selecting the appropriate communication mediums as well as overcoming communication challenges.
We'll also be hearing from Rachel Simms, Reward Manager at Halfords. At the event, Rachel will talk us through the benefits and reward project that won Halfords an award for 'Best Voluntary Benefits' at the 2015 Employee Benefits Awards, and why it was such an important part of their people strategy.
With a whole host more talks due to be confirmed shortly, this is an event you won't want to miss. On top of the talks, a complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided, offering you the opportunity to network with other industry professionals.
