With so many organisations carrying out employee engagement surveys, have you ever wondered what the best companies in the UK were doing? Join Amrit Sandhar, former Head of Growth/ Senior Engagement Consultant at Best Companies (The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list), to explain what employee engagement means to him and understand the methodology used by Best Companies.
What do you do when you get your results? How can you gain insights from survey data? How do you get to impactful action planning? How do you communicate your results? Amrit will share his experiences and involve you in an interactive session to understand what you can do to improve employee engagement across your organisation.
Amrit started his career as a qualified Pharmacist. During a career within Pharmacy spanning over 19 years, Amrit worked in a number of management and leadership roles, culminating in overseeing half of the UK’s Pharmacy and Optical units for Wal-Mart’s UK subsidiary Asda.
Having successfully worked in the healthcare sector, Amrit went on to head up Employee Engagement for Asda, before joining Best Companies (The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for), where Amrit has worked with many organisations, at boardroom level, helping them understand and improve their employee engagement.
Amrit is now the Director of The Engagement Coach, created to help organisations truly connect with their employees leading to better business performance.
