Is this a live event or a recording?

This workshop has been recorded by Third Sector Network for you to watch on demand. The workshop becomes available to watch as soon as you have registered for a ticket and will continue to be available until the date/time listed for this event.

Why is there a date and time for an event if I can watch it now?

Accepted Answer

This is because all event on Eventbrite need to have a date/time listed. You may watch the online recording any time from the point of booking. But, you must have watched it by the date listed as it will not be available beyond this point.

What if I want to ask questions about the topic?

Accepted Answer

Not a problem! The email address of the workshop host and expert will be provided at the end of the recording and you can contact them any time to ask questions. The more the merrier!

How long is the workshop?

Our workshops and webinars are usually between 1hr 20 mins and 1hr 45mins long. But as it's a recording, you can of course watch it in parts so time is not a problem.

Question 5

What if I want multiple people to watch the workshop?

Accepted Answer

If they are able to gather around the same device to watch it, one ticket will suffice. However both Third Sector Network and Eventbrite policies prohibit sharing tickets so if multiple people are in multiple locations they will need their own ticket.

Is there a refunds policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have booked the workshop in error, you need to contact us immediately and any refund request made within 30 mins of booking should be arranged 'no questions asked'. After this they are at our discretion and we recommend contacting us before ordering if you have any queries.

Can I register someone else to watch it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Their eTicket will be emailed to them. This will have a button on it saying "View Links" that will take them to the event recording.

Who is is the host of the workshop?

Our hosts are experienced, UK based, charity sector experts who have worked for a variety of charities and not for profits at senior levels.

My charity is very small, is this workshop useful for us?

Absolutely! Whilst our workshops are designed to be helpful for a broad range of charities, we always make sure they are relatable and useful to even the smallest non-profits.

Question 10

My charity is not UK based, will this be relevant to us?

Accepted Answer

Obviously, as a UK based company our workshops are aimed more at a UK and European market. But, we focus on core principles of success and universal theories. We would firmly stand by the assertion our workshops can offer a charity in Australia, Argentina or America just as much as someone in the UK
