Description: Join us for a fun-filled, one-day beach soccer experience for young players aged 6–16! Hosted by Elite Beach Sports Ltd, this free event is packed with exciting challenges, coaching, and giveaways — all set on the iconic sands of Yellowave.

Whether you're new to beach soccer or already hooked, this is your chance to meet England Beach Soccer players, win exclusive prizes, and take part in mini tournaments designed for every age group.

Morning Session (Young Lions – Ages 6–11):

• 10:00 AM – Welcome & Grouping
• 10:30 AM – Warm-Up Challenge
• 11:00 AM – Fun Coaching & Mini Games
• 11:30 AM – Beat the Keeper Challenge
• 12:00 PM – Mini 3v3 World Cup Tournament
• 12:45 PM – Medal Ceremony & Photos

Afternoon Session (Legacy Lions – Ages 12–16):

• 2:00 PM – Arrive & Warm-Up
• 2:30 PM – Fun Coaching & Mini Games
• 3:00 PM – Beat the Keeper Challenge
• 3:30 PM – Mini 3v3 World Cup Tournament
• 4:30 PM – Medal Ceremony & Group Photos
• 4:45 PM – Closing Huddle

One-Day Player Event Terms & Conditions

This is a free-to-enter, one-day event for individual players aged 6–16. Players arrive and leave on the same day, accompanied by a parent or guardian. No accommodation is provided or required.

🛫 Travel & Arrival

England Beach Soccer Association & Elite Beach Sports Ltd and its partners are not responsible for any travel, transport, or accommodation costs incurred by families. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, these costs will not be reimbursed.

🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice Period Refunds (for any paid services or merchandise):

70+ days: Full refund

8–69 days: 50% refund

7 days or less: No refund

Event Cancellation: If canceled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, entry remains free. No refunds will be issued, but alternative dates may be offered.

🛡️ Safeguarding & Welfare

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

All coaches and staff are DBS-checked.

A qualified first aider will be present on site.

Parents/guardians must remain on-site and are responsible for their child’s welfare throughout the event.

All participants must complete a waiver form before taking part.

👶 Child Protection

Elite Beach Sports Ltd follows the FA’s Child Protection Policy. All event staff are DBS-checked. For concerns, contact the FA/NSPCC Child Protection Hotline: 0808 800 5000.

🚸 Behaviour & Conduct

Players and families are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event. Damages caused may be charged to the responsible party.

🛡️ Insurance

Public liability insurance is provided by Elite Beach Sports Ltd. This does not cover personal accidents or injuries. Families are encouraged to arrange their own medical or travel insurance if needed.

🌪️ Force Majeure

Elite Beach Sports Ltd is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (e.g., war, pandemics, extreme weather).

🚫 Limitations of Responsibility

Elite Beach Sports Ltd and its partners are not responsible for:

Decisions or conduct of other participants.

Loss or damage to personal property or vehicles.

Missed fixtures or late arrivals.
