Join us for a hands-on carpentry workshop in South East London, where you will assemble and finish a beautifully crafted trinket box using premium English hardwood. This engaging 4-hour session is ideal for beginners and also suitable for intermediate woodworkers who want to gain experience in fine woodworking techniques while creating a functional and personalised piece. With all timber precut, your focus will be on assembly, finishing, and customisation using professional woodworking tools.

What you'll learn:

Attire: For safety reasons, open-toed shoes (including sandals, flip-flops, and similar styles) are not permitted in our workshop. All participants must wear closed-toe shoes to take part in the class.

Please note: Entry will be refused to anyone not wearing appropriate footwear, and no refund will be provided in these cases.

Timeliness: Entry to classes is not permitted 15 minutes after the listed start time. This policy ensures an uninterrupted lesson for all participants.

Class Duration: Classes may exceed the stated time. Please allocate additional time after the class, as we prioritize a comprehensive learning experience and avoid rushing students.

Parking: Free onsite parking is available. Drive up to the gates, and the security attendant will assist your entry.

Public Transport: If using public transportation, the nearest train stations are Woolwich Dockyard (10 min walk), Woolwich Arsenal (bus: 5 mins - 161, 177, 180, 472 to Warspite Road), and North Greenwich (bus: 15 mins - 472 or 161 to Yateley Street).
