Event Details

Our trip includes… 

  • A visit to Wordsworth’s home, Dove Cottage, and the Wordsworth Museum
  • A short walk to Orrest Head – a favourite vantage point of the famous walker and writer, Alfred Wainwright
  • Time for you to explore Grasmere village. 

This event is open to all English Language and Linguistics students and is free of charge (excluding personal costs). We will travel by coach on the morning of Thursday May 4th, time and departure point to be announced.
