Ready to unwind, get creative, and learn a beautiful hand-sewing technique? Join me for a friendly, hands-on introduction to English Paper Piecing (EPP) - the mindful art of folding fabric over paper templates and stitching them together.

In this relaxed 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn two easy methods for basting fabric and make your very own hexagon flower - perfect for turning into a decoration, or the starting point for a cushion, quilt, or other keepsake.

EPP is portable, calming, and totally addictive - ideal for stitching on the sofa or on the go. Whether you're a complete beginner or just curious to try something new, this session will leave you inspired and equipped to keep going at home.

All materials are provided – just bring your enthusiasm!

How much sewing experience do I need to attend this workshop?

As long as you can thread a needle and sew a few stitches you will manage this workshop.

What do I need to bring?

All materials for the workshop will be provided but if you have some fabric you would like to use please bring it along.

Is the suitable for children?

This class is suitable for anyone over 14. Under 16 must accompanied by a paying adult.

Will I completely finish the Hexagon Flower?

It is certainly possible to complete it in 2 hours but just work at your own pace. As it is a hand sewing project and you’ll have all the material you will be able to complete it at home.

I want to continue with EPP, where can I get supplies from?

You will be given enough materials to make 1 decoration, along with extra papers. There will be the opportunity to buy more papers and other EPP tools at the end of the workshop.
