Come on! This is Berlin - you don't need German for anything. No, the show is entirely in English.

Where does the show take place? Will I get lost somewhere outside the ring?

Noooo, don't go outside the ring into the savage lands! No, the show is in Berlin Friedrichshain. Right by the former Wall - the East Side Gallery. On a boat. It's near Warschauer Straße station, which you can easily reach via M10, S3, S5, S9, U1 and U2.
