James Robinson, award-winning BBC Radio drama

Among the many dramas that James has produced for BBC Radio 4 and Radio 3 is Floating, by Hugh Hughes, which won the BBC Audio Drama Award for Best Scripted Drama earlier this year. In 2010, he was the driving force behind Postcards from a Cataclysm, a collection of 'audio shorts' - between 30 seconds and six minutes long - packaged around the idea that an asteroid is about to strike planet earth. James will be talking about opportunities for scriptwriters at the BBC, and discussing how producers work with writers in the radio drama production process.
