The Medical Education department are delighted to invite General Practitioners and GP Trainees to attend this simulation-based training
Aim:
- Improve confidence in assessing patients with learning disabilities
- Develop practical skills through immersive simulation scenarios
- Enhance communication with patients and carers
- Strengthen clinical decision-making in complex cases
Scenarios will include:
- Hands-on simulation with realistic patient scenarios
- Expert guidance from experienced clinicians and educators
- Interactive workshops to practice assessment and management strategies
- Feedback and reflection sessions to consolidate learning
