Life course focused population health groups - Alliance building and ‘model’ development

During the afternoon there will be life course focused population health groups for you to sign up to. The groups will cover children and young people, working age adults and older adults. Each group will include a short, informal ‘showcase’ presentation from a local VCSE leader about their work in the field as a lead in to an open discussion about model development and alliance building.

Children and Young People (Room A) - Showcase: Elaine Thomas (The Mentoring Lab); Facilitator: Fran Bury

Working age adults (Room B) - Showcase: Nigel Clarke (Dadvengers) / Safia Jama (Women’s Inclusive Team); Facilitator: Angela Bartley

Older adults (Main Hall) - Showcase: Taskin Saleem (SubCo Trust/Ageing Well); Facilitator: Jason Strelitz (Director of Public Health)

14.45 - 15.15 Market Place visits / Networking in life course population health groups

15.15 - 15.45 Key note address: Vision, values and Third Sector fit in the integrated health and care system. Hosted by Marie Gabriel CBE Chair of NHS North East London and the NHS Race and Health Observatory
