Enhancing Inclusion and Diversity:

About this Event

We are bombarded by media which clarifies a tangible sense of social disharmony, a disharmony which many find disturbing. Our response to the situation has included changes in legislation, making space for people who feel that they belong to minority groups to have a voice and a range of tick box exercises to build social representation at work. But have these initial steps caused us to feel that we live in one inclusive and harmonious society?

In seeking a better quality of life for all we have set off towards laudable ambitions for change. Achieving them is unlikely because making changes to the law and processes overlooks far more fundamental causes of discrimination - discriminatory distinctions and attitudes. Without changes in many people's minds our laudable ambitions will remain just that - ambitions.

If you would like to understand more about how to enhance your own inclusivity and contribute to far more acceptance across race, religion, sexual preferences and social divides; why not attend the last in a series of talks all of which build personal capability and lead us to a society in which everyone is more fully involved.

Would you like to:

Live in a world liberated from discrimination?

Be someone who knows how to break down social barriers?

Contribute to a fundamental life-enhancing societal change?

“Ashley delivered this speech which managed to capture the thoughts and feelings of the listeners. He managed this by showing a deep understanding of the problems at hand in society and many work forces, while highlighting the paradigms that drive them. This root cause analysis causes you to interrogate your own paradigms, which is the first step into culture change.”
