Overview
Join us for an online information session designed for employers and aspiring managers. This webinar will give a detailed overview of the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6) at De Montfort University and how it can support staff development, retention and long-term workforce capability.
The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship provides learners with:
• A recognised BA (Hons) degree in Management and Leadership
• Chartered Manager status upon completion
• Practical skills in strategic leadership, project management, operational planning and people management
• The ability to apply learning directly to workplace challenges and organisational improvement
• A structured development pathway for new, aspiring or existing managers
