Enhancing nature outcomes through legal contracts: breakfast briefing
The Chancery Lane Project is partnering with the UK Green Building Council and Hoare Lea to explore how our industry can drive nature-positive outcomes - and the role legal contracts can play in achieving that. We’ll bring perspectives from key decision makers including investors, contractors and developers to discuss: the case for treating nature as a critical investment, the principles of carbon clauses in legal contracts and how they can be applied to support nature goals, the importance of supplier engagement and collaboration. You’ll leave with practical language, real world examples and expert insights to move from talk to impact: linking carbon, nature and the built environment.
