Resilience is defined as the ability to bounce back from adversity, frustration, and misfortune and is essential for the effective leader. This workshop will teach you practical and proven psychology tools that will improve your own resilience in difficult situations so that you can remain in good mental health. The aim of this session is to help you recognise when you might need support and develop self-confidence and motivation.
