About this event
Enhancing staff resilience for children's health & well-being!
Self-regulation comes before co-regulation
Regulating our nervous system so that we can manage stress is a skill we all have to learn. If our staff are to meet the well-being needs of children, they first have to meet their own well-being needs. This course takes wisdom from neuroscience and ancient practices to provide a fun and enlightening three-hour journey of invaluable education.
If our staff are to meet the well-being needs of children, they first have to meet their own well-being needs.
