Sound Bath Session Lasts For 1 hour
Start Time 8.15pm – 9.15pm
The Sound Bath is an hour-long session; at the start we will go through some breathe related relaxation techniques and simple stretches.
This now is your time to relax, to find a calming moment of stillness where you can release the pressures of the day and stresses of the week.
Whether you’re feeling worn out, or need a time to reconnect, going through a period of navigating stress, or simply looking to relax this experience is all about helping you feel grounded, refreshed and at ease.
A Sound Bath is ideal if you have trouble meditating because it does not require a lot of discipline to learn how to do it, all you have to do is lie on your yoga mat, close your eyes and let the soothing vibrations of sound take you into a state of deep relaxation.
My Sound Baths are created so you can find your inner calm, peace or tranquil place helping you to reconnect your mind and body and bring it all back into balance.
The session is led by Louise who is a Holistic Intuitive Reiki Practitioner who uses a wide range of instruments, that help to create soothing sounds and vibrations that are created with Gongs, Solfeggio Frequencies Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Sounding Drum, Chimes and more.
