What is the accommodation like?

There is standard dormitory accommodation. Limited single rooms are also available at a surcharge so please get in touch UrbanYurt@gmail.com if this is a requirement.

What is the food like?

Wholesome vegetarian food will be provided. Please let us know of any other dietary requirements prior to booking , so we can confirm that they can be accommodated.

Accessability

Integration

The enlightenment intensive lasts 3 days , with the last day of the retreat being dedicated to integration. During integration, you will be doing light exercises designed to return gently normal social interactions.

Damian & Rachel are experienced facilitators, explorers of the inner and outer world, and fun, friendly humans. We love facilitating people to gain the skills to communicate, connect and feel comfortable with themselves. We especially enjoy helping people be their full authentic self, and to feel safe to be that in the company of others.

Damian: Qualified as a Massage therapist, and in Collaborative Leadership, Damian is an Artist, Creator and Mentor.

Damien has been involved in setting up and running Enlightenment Intensives in Scotland since early 2023. He has studied this under Jake Chapman in England and Shivam in Wales. Damian will be mastering the EI in 2025.

Rachel: Qualified Occupational Therapist and VITA trained Relationship, Love and Intimacy Coach.
