Find clarity of thought, presence and calm in this standalone event inspired by Japanese influences in Occupational Therapy, caligraphy and process flow.

We use breathwork, reflective processes, mindful movement and the creation of brush and ink hanging art to get you more "now."

Becoming more present and transcending the axieties and worries is the first step on solving the disconnection problem.

Frequently asked questions

What do I wear?

We will be doing some gentle movement work and using both water based and acrylic inks. Water based inks will wash out of most fabrics, acrylics will not. The exercises are gentle and controlled in the space so mess is kept to a minimum. However, we recommend loose fitting, dark clothing.
