Ensuring Success for People with Heart Failure in Scotland- Patient Meeting

We are pleased to announce our inaugural education meeting for people living with heart failure in Scotland. Do you live in Scotland and would you like to learn more about your heart failure and meet the Scottish experts in heart failure? Would you like to understand your condition and what we are trying to do in Scotland to improve services? Then you are welcome to come to this meeting and bring a guest. YOU MUST BOOK A TICKET FOR YOUR GUEST AS WELL. Lunch and refreshements will be provided free of charge.
This event is funded & supported by the Scottish Government, British Heart Foundation, Pumping Marvellous, Scottish Heart and Arterial Disease Risk Prevention (SHARP) as well as Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland
This venue has plenty parking and no steps. We will run a free shuttle bus from Dunblane/ Stirling and Bridge of Allan train stations. Please contact the organiser if you would like to book a place on the bus.
