This event is a must for food manufacturers working towards BRC compliant.

Barbara Bray is our keynote speaker. She will be outlining how to ensure and demonstrate BRC compliance. Barbara is a registered UKVRN Associated Nutritionist and the director of a food safety and nutrition consultancy, Alo Solutions Ltd, which provides food safety and nutritional labelling advice, development and training to clients including Selfridges and MOD Pizza. A lead auditor for M&S Select Produce and food manufacturing clients who include Bakkavor, and Speciality Produce.

Robin Hills and Adeyemi Shodipo's talks focus on sections 1 and 2 of BRC-V8. Robin will discuss how to communicate senior management commitment to the workforce; and 'Yemi will focus on HACCP and a food safety culture.
