Event Information
Description
Calling all managers. Are you interested in improving cost effectiveness and efficiency within your organisation?
If so, come and learn how to use ArchiMate® (a tool to support enterprise architecture) at our free workshop taking place at Newcastle on Tuesday 16 April.
Enterprise architecture is a strategic approach designed to help senior managers achieve agile and successful organisational change. No prior knowledge of enterprise architecture or technical skill is required, just a desire to improve your managerial effectiveness.
The benefits of using enterprise architecture can be substantial, for example providing the information needed to:
- redesign business processes to be better, faster and cheaper
- deliver organisational change more quickly and cheaply
- undertake options appraisal and impact analysis
- avoid unnecessary costs by making better decisions
- cut costs and future proof your infrastructure by adopting open and/or industry standards
- reduce data duplication and redundancy
- optimise the balance of in-house and out-sourced/shared service activities
- plan your technology replacement/updating effectively
Places are limited so please book your place early. A full agenda is available here: http://bit.ly/archimate-intro-agenda
