Enterprise Ready - SEA Start-Up Programme Day 1
Overview
The topics over the 3 days will include introducing you to social enterprise, the different legal structures that are available for social enterprises, and cover the essential elements of good governance. You'll start to develop a business model canvas for your idea, learn how to sell and market it to develop trading income, and finally an introduction to the finance options available to fund your start-up.
Session 1: This in-person event is designed to help you take your start-up to the next level. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with industry experts and fellow entrepreneurs. Get ready to learn, grow, and succeed! At this interactive workshop you'll gain a great introduction to the world of social enterprise and social impact.
The project is funded by Nottingham City Council’s allocation of the Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund – and as such we are required to support only eligible social entrepreneurs and enterprises which have a trading or home address within the Nottingham City boundary. To find out if you have an eligible address, you can enter the postcode into this online tool: Nottingham City Council - Insight Mapping GIS Mapping or contact VCSEObservatory@ntu.ac.uk
