Can I book overnight accommodation?

Unfortunately, accommodation at Madingley Hall is now fully booked. However, we've identified a nearby hotel, no more than 10 minutes away, offering convenience and a pleasant stay which we know other members are staying at. Is Madingley Hall wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The entrance to Madingley Hall is level, and can be easily accessed by wheelchair users. Two designated parking spaces are available at the front of the Hall.

All areas on the ground floor of the main Hall are accessible by wheelchair: a wheelchair lift provides access to two adapted bedrooms, and

What if I can only attend for one day?

Accepted Answer

We understand not all our members will be available for both both days of the gathering. We have made singular day tickets available for those who cannot attend both.

Question 4

I have dietary requirements, who do I let know?

Accepted Answer

Prior to the event our members who have booked tickets will be contacted with a short online form where you can tell us about your dietary requirements. We will use this information to inform the catering team at Madingley Hall so they can make suitable adjustments to the refreshments.
