Ally Maughan is the founder of People Puzzles Ltd, a strategic HR consultancy she launched in 2010 to help growing businesses solve their people-challenges and unlock their potential. Drawing on her background in operations and consulting, Ally has supported more than 100 SME and mid-tier companies and built a team of over 80 part-time People Directors who deliver commercially-savvy HR expertise. Her mission is to enable profitable, effective and enjoyable workplaces. She holds a BSc in Human Sciences from University College London and an MSc in HR Management from London School of Economics. Recognised among the UK’s most ambitious business leaders, Ally is a frequent speaker on leadership, talent and organisational culture.
