Jake Davies - Integrator at LSC

Jake has been involved with LSC for 10 years and progressed from a part-time sports coach to integrator, covering every other job in-between. He is known for driving performance, developing people and, turning strategy into action in the education and childcare sector. His experience in leading multi-discipline and high performing teams, managing KPIs, and improving organisational efficiencies has supported LSC in growing to be the market leader in their space, achieving most of their goals year on year. Outside of LSC, Jake has always been passionate about leadership and sport and for his sins, manages a semi-professional football club, Cheadle Town FC at Step 5 of the non-league system and has also supported the FA as a Coach mentor/educator.
