About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Our virtual groups are open to anyone in the UK who is over 18 and living with epilepsy.

They are taster sessions designed to give people living with epilepsy the first opportunity to experience one of our virtual Talk and Support groups. The groups will help and support people to be referred on to our other groups and/or the other services that Epilepsy Action provides.

Our general virtual Talk and Support groups are here to help. Come along to talk, listen and share experiences with people living with epilepsy.

It is free to join, just click the orange ‘Get tickets’ button.

“I didn’t know what to expect… but I am so glad I joined, I felt more positive at the end of the meeting and definitely got a lot of information which will be very useful.”

"The group helped me to regain my confidence, accept my epilepsy and understand it"

Virtual groups offer you:

  • A warm welcome
  • Space to listen and talk
  • A chance to connect with others
  • The opportunity to share experiences

You can download our handy guide to registering your place on a virtual group but please email lso@epilepsy.org.uk or call 0113 210 8899 if you have questions about the group or need further assistance.

You can see the full range of support that we provide both virtually, or in person, on our website.
