The PLDG is delighted to welcome Scottish Law Commissioner Professor Frankie McCarthy to lead a session based on the SLC's Discussion Paper on Heritable Securities. Attendees are invited to read the Discussion Paper in advance of the meeting and come ready to provide their views. The discussion will be noted and forwarded to the SLC.
This event is being planned as an in-person discussion, however may be moved online if guidelines change before the date. The event is free to attend, but numbers are limited due to Covid-19 restrictions. Therefore, registration is required. If you have a ticket but later find that you cannot attend, please let organisers know so that spaces can be reallocated.
The Discussion Paper will be available from Friday 17th December at the Scottish Law Commission's current consultations page
