Report from the IGeLU Conference in Budapest

Mandy Stewart (Chair), Karine Larose and Simon Barron will give a summary of the sessions held in Budapest in September.

User experience at Imperial: a case study of qualitative approaches to Primo usability studies

Andrew Preater and Karine Larose will be exploring staff and student experiences and expectations of Primo and Primo Central and offering insights in how to conduct user experience investigations.

Rachel Collier-Wilson and Fran Abbs from the University of Sheffield will present some conclusions from a project which looked at Primo from the student perspective.

David Stephenson (Ex Libris Mobile Solutions) will introduce campusM – a new SaaS product to deliver a unified digital experience on campus.

Bringing up Alma (from birth to toddlers) – Panel discussion

A panel of new Alma users will give a short presentation and field questions about their experiences of implementing Alma and navigation through the successes and challenges of the first few weeks and months. Participants will include: Chris Jones (University of Sheffield), Jill Hawkins (Open University) and Andrew Brown (Swansea University)
