This session is open to local community, arts and cultural organisations, arts pracitioners and creatives, and anyone interested in anti-racist action and passionate about creating positive change in the arts and cultural sector, or curious to find out more.
- Discover the story of Equal Voices and the personal journeys that led to its creation.
- Find out how we are working collaboratively with the council to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into local strategies
- Share ideas, experiences and aspirations for a fairer and more connected cultural community.

Equal Voices is a Dacorum and Hertfordshire based group dedicated to improving inclusion and diversity in arts, culture and wellbeing. It aims to create a fairer cultural space where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected.
